I’m Brady Guinn, Board Certified Therapeutic Bodyworker and Corrective Exercise Specialist, and Rise and Revitalize is a podcast born out of my work with clients who want more than a quick fix. They want tools they can return to—tools to regulate stress, reconnect to their bodies, and reclaim their mornings.
